When I was a child, I was always obsessed with the tiniest of toys. I loved Barbie shoes, Little Pet Shop animals, Fairy Winkles, MiMi and the Goo Goos, etc., and I would often horde these small finds in boxes and bags, spending hours taking them out and arranging them. Whenever I had the opportunity to go to a thrift, antique, or junk store, my tiny heart would beat something crazy, hoping to find more items to add to my collection.

My favorite shop was a little, out-of-the-way stand run by an elderly woman named Mrs. Zoeller. She sold fruit, antiques, clothing, and jewelry out of a small space built into the front of her house. As a kid with practically no spending money, I was enthralled by it. Her prices were cheap, and she often offered us free magazines to cut apart, fostering my lifelong love of thrifting and collaging. In fact, my logo was borne out of the painted Amish figures she had attached to the side of her store. Sadly, all good things can't last forever, and Mrs. Zoeller passed away several years ago. The space where she lived and worked was leveled in 2015, and so I've opened this store in memory of her and the shop that made me truly love wacky vintage and antique finds.
